What types of subscriptions are available and how much do they cost? All our magazines are available in print format. Subscriptions can be for 1- or 2-years, with student discounts available. There's also the option to subscribe to the magazine of your choice and to receive a ‘gift’ (i.e. a related book title at a discount price). How can I pay for my subscription? For subscriptions, we accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, iDeal, BanContact/MisterCash, Sofort Banking, Maestro, Giropay, PayPal and online bank transfers.
What is required for a (discounted) student subscription? Student subscribers will need to provide a valid student number during the order process.
How can I renew my subscription? Subscriptions renew automatically, unless we receive a cancellation request from you by email in advance of the renewal date. You will automatically receive email notification to renew your subscription online to guarantee an uninterrupted subscription.
How will you send my magazine? Subscribers to Frame magazines receive all print issues in protective packaging via international surface mail.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Delivery times will depend on where in the world the magazines are being sent. On average, magazines arrive at the destination address within three weeks of the publication date.
Where can I change my address details? To change the delivery address of your subscription, please send an email to email@example.com.
How do I access Frame digital? All subscribers to the Frame magazine print version, have free digital access to our digital magazine. Please contact us for your access details.
How can I cancel my subscription? Cancellation of a subscription can be made at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling +31 85 888 3551. Please note, in order to stop the automatic renewal process, any cancellation requests must be submitted no less than 30 days prior to the paid subscription due date.

Where can I find my invoice? 1. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. This email contains your invoice. 2. If you made an account during your checkout, then you're able to login and view your orders and invoices in your account.
Which shipping options are available? In the case of books and magazine (back) issues, we will send your order via UPS. Discount codes do not apply to the shipping costs, only to our products.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Frame Publishers attempts to fulfill orders within two working days of receipt. For books and (back) issues you can expect your delivery within five business days.
What is the return policy of Frame Publishers? 1. If the product received is defective or incomplete, or if it fails to meet expectations, the buyer has a period of 30 days in which to respond in the following way. The buyer can contact Frame Publishers (by email only via email@example.com) requesting the repair or exchange of the product (or part of the product) in question. 2. The buyer who requests the repair or exchange of a defective or an incomplete product (or part of a product) is asked to return that product to Frame Publishers. Within 20 days of receipt, Frame Publishers will send the buyer a new, complete or repaired product. Frame Publishers will take responsibility for all costs involved in this process, including shipping costs incurred by the buyer, unless it can be proved that damage, defects and/or missing parts are the responsibility of the buyer, in which case Frame Publishers shall be absolved of all or part of the responsibility involved and shall not be obligated to repair or replace the product. If the buyer is found to be responsible for damage to the product, or for its missing part(s), Frame Publishers will return the product to the buyer in the same condition in which it was received.

How can I submit a project for publication in Frame? Submit a selection of low-resolution images (JPEG format preferred) and a written description of your work to the editors at Frame. Alternatively, you can post a CD, DVD or USB with images and a description of your project to the address listed below.
